Welcome to Bark Boys Landscape Supplies. These Terms and Conditions apply to products, pickup, delivery, and related services provided by Bark Boys Landscape Supplies, referred to below as “Bark Boys,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By purchasing materials, requesting delivery, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Landscape Materials

Bark Boys provides bulk landscape materials, including bark and mulch, decorative rock, sand and gravel, soil and compost.

Product availability may vary. Because many landscape materials are natural products, actual color, size, texture, moisture content, and appearance may vary from samples, photographs, or previous purchases.

2. Material Estimates

Any material quantities calculated through our website calculator or discussed with our team are estimates only.

Customers are responsible for confirming the amount of material required for their project. Actual requirements may vary based on project dimensions, depth, compaction, site conditions, and other factors.

3. Pickup

Customers picking up materials are responsible for ensuring their vehicle or trailer is suitable for the type and quantity of material being collected.

Customers are responsible for complying with vehicle payload limits and properly securing transported materials.

4. Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available depending on the delivery address, material, quantity, scheduling, and site accessibility.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and identify a safe and reasonably accessible location for materials to be unloaded. Delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or declined if site or weather conditions create safety or access concerns.

5. Property Access and Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that driveways, gates, roads, and unloading areas are suitable for delivery vehicles.

Bark Boys is not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other property features when the customer requests delivery vehicles to enter or unload in areas where such conditions have not been disclosed.

Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply when service is cancelled with insufficient notice or after the team has already travelled to the property.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices and product availability are subject to change. Applicable material costs, delivery charges, taxes, and other fees will be communicated at the time of purchase or delivery arrangement.

Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of purchase or on the applicable invoice.

7. Product Variations and Results

Natural landscape materials may vary in appearance between loads. Images displayed on our website are intended to provide a general representation of our materials and may not exactly match the product received.

Customers should confirm that the selected material is appropriate for their intended project before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability and Contact Information

To the extent permitted by law, Bark Boys is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from material estimates, natural product variations, delivery delays, inaccessible delivery areas, weather conditions, customer-provided information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
